Pure Cross is a 45 minute physical exercise class with a warm up, skill-development and a high-intensite workout of the day (WOD). These workouts are constantly varied, effectively giving a different workout each session. The Xfit workout mixes high-intensity interval training (HIIT), weightlisting, plyometrics, kettlebells and bodyweight exercises.
The benefits of this class is the intensity - high intensity, power-based exercises are very effective for burning serious amounts of calories in a short period while simultaneously improving aerobic fitness. All workouts are fully scalable depending on your abilities, however it is not suitable for complete beginners to exercise.
