Purefit opened its doors in September, 2011 and since its inception, Purefit has provided each participant an inviting; exhilarating fitness experience dedicated to helping everyone achieve peak performance in every aspect of their life. After 7 years, we got the itch and rebranded to Pure Health 7 or what we like to call ourselves PH7. We recently moved in a new premises and it has been a great move.

Circuit Training Galway GymPureHIIT is a full body high-intensity interval training session that uses weights as well as body weight exercises to strengthen the entire body. PureHIIT is an enhanced form of interval training alternating periods of short intense anaerobic exercise with less-intense recovery periods. PureHIIT focusses largely on cardiovascular exercises. These intense workouts provide improved athletic capacity and condition, improved glucose metabolism, and improved fat burning.

Book a PureHIIT Training Class

Level: All levels  Zone 2

PureHIIT sessions consist of a warm up period of exercise, followed by three to ten repetitions of high intensity exercise, separated by medium intensity exercise for recovery, and ending with a series of cool down exercises. The high intensity exercise should be done at close to your maximum intensity. The medium exercise should be about half of your maximum intensity. The number of repetitions and length of each will depend on the exercise, guided by our instructors.

This hour long class on Thursday will focus on 20 minutes of Spinning, 20 minutes of arms & abs and finish off with 20 minutes of yoga inspired flexibility moves. A nice class to finish to improve fitness, tighten arms and core and improve flexibility.

Step Aerobics 

This class every Tuesday at 6.45pm is focused on dropping the pounds, and making you accountable to us to help you feel happier. 10 minutes of cardio, followed by 20 minutes of barbells and finally 15 minutes of Yoga. If you want to improve your fitness, feel happier, healthier and tone then commit to us one day a week at least. Our class on Tuesday will be with myself and Seamus. Two expert trainers, one great class. Be good to your body and mind This class is about making you feel happier about YOU.
