This class every Tuesday at 6.45pm is focused on dropping the pounds, and making you accountable to us to help you feel happier. 10 minutes of cardio, followed by 20 minutes of barbells and finally 15 minutes of Yoga. If you want to improve your fitness, feel happier, healthier and tone then commit to us one day a week at least. Pure SpinAbs: 45mins

Spinning & Abs Class Galway Gym This is a beginners spinning class coupled with an abdominal workout that has no complicated moves to learn. A safe, enjoyable ride at your level with great music helping you get into the best shape of your life. The 30 minute spin is followed by a dynamic core abdominal routine. Burn 700-850 calories per class.

The spinning class works the larger muscles burining calories and fat quickly. The abs workout helps flatten your belly, burn fat and strengthen your core. The abs workout includes the muscles on the front and sides of your abdomen as well as targeting the rest of the muscles that work the core in order to develop defined abs including the lower back, hips and upper thighs. Abdominal exercises also help train muscles stabilize the spine and pelvis which helps you avoid back pain and improve your posture.

Resistance training Galway GymPump & Tone is an "exercise to music" class rather than an "aerobic" class. This weights class will sculpt, tone and strengthen your entire body! This type of resistance training focusses on high numbers of repetitions with low weight. Resistance training induces muscular contraction to build the strength, anerobic endurance and the size of skletal muscle.
