Step Aerobics 

This class every Tuesday at 6.45pm is focused on dropping the pounds, and making you accountable to us to help you feel happier. 10 minutes of cardio, followed by 20 minutes of barbells and finally 15 minutes of Yoga. If you want to improve your fitness, feel happier, healthier and tone then commit to us one day a week at least. Our class on Tuesday will be with myself and Seamus. Two expert trainers, one great class. Be good to your body and mind This class is about making you feel happier about YOU.
