A safe, enjoyable ride at your level with great music helping you get into the best shape of your life. The 30 minute spin is followed by a dynamic core abdominal routine. The spinning class works the larger muscles burining calories and fat quickly. The abs workout helps flatten your belly, burn fat and strengthen your core. The abs workout includes the muscles on the front and sides of your abdomen as well as targeting the rest of the muscles that work the core in order to develop defined abs including the lower back, hips and upper thighs.
