Spinning focusses on endurance, intervals, strength, high-intensity and recovery using our special stationary exercise bicycles with weighted flywheels to simulate the momentum and interia felt when on a real bicycle, but within the comfort of our purpose built, air-conditioned spinning room. Adjust the difficulty of pedalling to suit your level. We power our way through hill climbs, sprints and interval exercises all the while encouraging and coaching you to perform strongly.
