SpinCore is a new class mixing a Core workout with Spinning, and runs on Wednesdays at 7. SpinCore works your abdominals and lower back as well as the large leg muscles groups such as the quads, glutes and hamstrings.
In the spinning section we work your larger muscles burning calories and increasing your cardiovascular health and recovery capabilities. In the core section, we work through abdominal, oblique and lower back exercises for strength and flexibility. SpinCore is designed to burn significant calories, shredding fat while strengthening and toning the abs and obliques for a great looking core.
