Women's Outdoor Bootcamp


Our Bootcamp/Boxercise classes are fun and exciting group classes for women. They are 45 minutes & consist of a mix of exercises from strength training, core work, cardio and everything in between. Exercises are easily modified and suitable for all levels and ages.
