About RunHers Academy

RunHers Academy was founded by Fiona Fleming, a health and fitness coach based in Galway. Fiona created a running academy for women who want to get back to running and live healthier and happier.

Run Along The Wild Atlantic Way

Our running classes are for women that want to get back into running after a break or have always wanted to start. This is a group for women who would like to become fit and lose weight in a supportive fun environment. The mission of this running group is to help women start running non stop for 30 minutes at a relaxed pace. The class is 45 minutes and we start each session with warm up exercises, then walk/jog, where we will coach you until you can run 5km. We finish off the session with a cool down and stretches. A great class for beginners.
